Working the night shift as a Registered Nurse for over 25 years in addition to Health Coaching provides a unique inside perspective.   I have experienced some of the health risks of working night shift. As a Health Coach, I developed tools and strategies to address those risks, lost 30 pounds, improved my energy level, sleep better, and reduced my waist line from 39 inches to now 33 inches.  I also helped my elderly mother with arthritic joints to reduce her A1c from 10 to 6.9.    My focus now is to provide the thought provoking and interactive tools any night shift worker can use to pro-actively address the risks of night-shift and to adjust, adapt, and be well.
