I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “road map to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

I followed the principles taught by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and have met my own health and nutritional goals.  My goals were to reduce my waistline to 34 inches, to complete my weight loss goal of 30 pounds, and to increase my energy and nutritional levels.  I practice what I teach. These accomplishments are tremendous considering the fact that I work 12 hour night-shifts as a pediatrics and neonatal registered nurse.  My passion has always consisted of health and wellness.

Armed with the training and knowledge of IIN I have assisted my sedentary mother to reduce her A1c from 10 to 6.9.

My Training

I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutriiton.  An international comprehensive cutting- edge health Coach Training Program dedicated to improving the health of the world one health coach at a time.

During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.  My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many, many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health.  Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I am able to help clients produce the changes they desire.


Audrey Thomas has worked the night shift for over 25 years as an RN but, has always had a propensity to focus on health and wellness.

Co workers and friends have often suggested I should go into education.  I  have experienced some of the risk of working night shift.  As a Health Coach, I developed strategies and tools to address those risk and have progressed to achieve a better state of health.  My focus now is to help fellow night shift workers to adjust, adapt, and be well.
